Please print 2 copies of this form. One to send with your order, one to keep for your records
  • Put garment in a plastic bag before placing into a sturdy box.
  • Enclose a deposit check of $35.00 for each bear ordered, payable to Treasured Teddy Bears. The balance owed, plus mailing costs, will be billed when your order is completed.
  • Please call us on our Toll-Free Teddy Bear Hot Line, (800)-959-BEAR, when you mail your package so that we'll know to expect its arrival.
  • Please send your package by Insured First Class Priority Mail with Return Receipt, through your local post office to:

What happens next?

  • On the day your special garment is received here at our Bear Den,  we'll call you to go over all the details of your order.

  • You can decide if you'd like us to use the lining of your fur for the hand and foot pads or if we should use our material.

  • You can tell us if you'd like a boy or girl teddy bear, and select the colors for your ribbons and bows.
  • If you would like to send us a picture of the original owner of the garment, one for each teddy bear ordered, we'll place the picture in a small frame and tie it on the bear's wrist with a ribbon.
  • Your "Memory Bear" will come with its own Birth Announcement so information can be recorded about the original owner of the garment.
  • We offer a Bear-A-Way Plan for customers who prefer to make monthly payments for their purchase over an extended period of time (no interest or service fees are charged).
